Hello,

My HR1 form has been sent back to me to fill Panel 7. Could you please explain about Panel 6 & 7? I filled my family home address in Panel 6 and my email address in Panel 7.

I had fled from my family home because of domestic violence and my husband doesn't know my current address. If I provide my address will the form be sent to my husband? Please help me on this.

Kind regards

Alsana Robert

Hello Alsana - you must provide a postal address for panel 7 as well as your email address
However Notice will be served on the registered owner/husband so please consider what details you wish to include carefully in both panels 6 and 7 - the form won't be sent to your husband but I would suggest using a care of address for example
I assume from your post that you are less concerned about providing an email address

Hi Adam,

Can I change the address in Panel 6 as I have given my matrimonial address where I don't live now?

Is it necessary that I have to provide 3 addresses for service in Panel 7?

Hi Alsana - panel 6 should include the name and address plus phone number/email as appropriate for whoever is submitting the application. If you wish to keep your personal details private then think of alternatives re the details provided such as a care of address plus phone/email
Panel 7 should be completed with up to 3 addresses one of which must be a postal one - so same nod to privacy again re panel 7

Thank you.

So in Panel 7 - one postal address and 2 electronic address can be given?

Can I provide the same postal address in Panel 7 which I give in Panel 6 ?

Alsana - if you want to include 2 electronic addresses you may. And yes re same address(es) for panels 6 and 7 if that's what you want

Hello Adam,

Thank you for your reply.

Yesterday, my case worker filled and sent the form but she gave only one postal address in Panel 7 and missed to give my e-mails. Should I send another form?

Hello Alsana - entirely up to you. A postal address is sufficient

Hi,
I would like to cancel my Home Rights which are currently registered on my husband’s property. Could you please advise me on the correct process to do this, how long it usually takes to be completed, and whether I need to provide any supporting documents with the application?

Hello, I sent a message earlier asking about how to remove my home rights from my husband’s property, but I haven’t received a reply yet. Could you please update me on this? Thank you.

Hi

Could you tell me
1. Is a letter is enough to attach with HR4 form as we were separated and reconciled now?
2. Which address I should send the request to?
