Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on official Land registry application reference K330LKV. An expedite request was recently submitted by the solicitor because my mortgage offer is expiring. My lender has now formally refused to grant any extension to this offer. Because of this deadline, if this application is not approved, processed and updated by the land registry immediately, my upcoming purchase and sale will both completely collapse. The entire chain is now at immediate risk. Please could a moderator please check the system for reference K330LKV and confirm? If the expedite request has been fully approved? I can send over my mortgage offer if needed! has the case been assigned to a caseworker for processing? are there any outstanding requisitions or issues holding this up that I need to get the solicitor to resolve asap? thank you for your urgent help

Hello Monnie - the application was submitted on the 29th May (yesterday). It has also been expedited so processing will start asap. Everything will hinge on whether your conveyancer has submitted enough information to enable the noted lease to be cancelled. GM821181

Hi Adam, Thank you, when will we know if enough information has been submitted and if so, when will the new title be issued (I think that’s what will happen?)

Hi Monnie - the conveyancer will be contacted when processing starts. There won't be a new title as the application is to cancel a noted lease. Please do confirm with your conveyancer that they have submitted sufficient information to achieve the cancellation applied for

Thanks Adam, they think they have submitted enough info so hopefully all is well, my concern is just that with my mortgage offer running out this week, LR will be able to action this straight away to avoid my chain falling through? Sorry for all the questions :)

Thanks Adam! Please can you let me know if it’s been assigned a caseworker and processing has began?

Hi, please could someone let me know asap if this is in progress or if anything else needs doing? I cant arrange exchange on my sale or purchase until we know if this is going ahead, and are working on a very tight deadline :( thanks!

Hi Monnie - once processing has started I will let you know. If it's not in order it is likely your conveyancer will be the first to know. GM821181

Morning Adam, I’m sorry to be a pain but is there any update on this being processed? Today is critical in order to get everything processed to complete houses on Friday, please could you let me know if there is anything I can do to help?

Morning Monnie - not a pain and the casework team have contacted the conveyancer today as their application is insufficient to update the register as requested. You'll need to contact the conveyancer to confirm and to clarify what they are able to do in response.
