Hi, I have purchased a property on Aug2021, I waited for 2 years to know the land registry needs more document and have been submitted on Oct2023. Can I have a update on the process please? Any time frame please?

Hi Nok Yi Au - received 15th August and waiting to be processed
As you state the conveyancer has lodged applications in 2021, 2022 and earlier in 2023 but all have been cancelled/rejected
Based on current timescales I would not expect it to be processed for several more weeks and at that time everything hinges on it being in order. Your purchase is protected so hopefully the conveyancer has now provided all that is required - might be worth confirming with them that they have now provided all that's required

Hi Nok Yi Au - it was processed on 2nd April but we needed more from the conveyancer regarding a restriction on the title. Hopefully they can confirm that for you and advise when they hope to respond. Until they do we can;t complete the case
