Three months since estimated completion date

We submitted AP1s and TR1s that were acknowledged on 29/8/25. Were told 21/1/26 was estimated completion date but have heard nothing since. Haven't been asked for further information. We sent in a query a couple of weeks ago but heard nothing. Do we assume everything is fine and it's just slow?
