Restriction

Hello,

My conveyancer has informed me that they have asked for the restriction on the land registry to be expedited. The restriction is due to legal aid fees being put on the property that has now sold.
They asked for this to be expedited around 3 weeks ago.
what is the expected wait time for this to be sorted.
Property is 21 Shotton lane ch5 1qp

Hello Debbie - the application was processed on 22nd March. Wider checks are being completed which includes contacting the registered owners. They have until 16th April to respond. If they don't or if they do and consent then we will update the register shortly after that date

Debbie - nothing as yet but the registration won't be until after the 16th so hopefully in the next 48hrs
