TR1 transfer of deeds

We have completed a TR1 and our solicitor just asked us to complete a ID1 for the expedition process. Does this mean it’s already been expedited and roughly how long will it take from now as it’s holding up a sale and purchase. Our conveyor said the people with the sale can’t even start searches until this is completed.<br> &#160; <p>NGL188099 - title number</p> <br> &#160;

Jessica - we don't currently have an application against that title so nothing we can expedite. A conveyancer has already submitted an official search it seems to protect a purchase<br> You may wish to clarify what's happening with your conveyancer as a result.&#160;<br> NGL188099&#160;

<p>Hi</p> <p>we now have confirmation from the solicitor that it’s been submitted. Can you confirm this as we are actually concerned he hasn’t and also not expedited it. As I stated this is holding a sale of a property up as our conveyancer will not produce a contract until it’s been completed&#160;</p> <p></p> <p>thanks&#160;</p>
