IF I am not using a solicitor how do I verify my identity. I checked the information but am unclear if I need any mortgage statement or utility bills etc.verified by another person. Do I still need to send a photograph of my self?

I have never had a passport as I don't want to go out of this country. I am a H.G.V. driver, with a full picture license. Will this be acceptable?

Francis - I'm afraid not. You will need a passport to enable you to use form ID3 verification
