Home Rights Removal

Good Afternoon 

I have posted the HR4 form to Land Registry to remove the home rights which I placed on the property. My husband is remortgaging and needs this removing to proceed before the remortgage will be paid out to him. 
It was posted to you by special delivery yesterday can you indicate when this removal would be removed. Can this be expedited as this remortgage is to help me complete my purchase on a new property as we are divorcing.

Can you please give me an update on this case please. I posted the B2-1 consent back to you via email to noticeresponse@landregistry.gov.uk on Sunday 30th March. Has this notice now been updated in the registry?

Good Afternoon MIchelle - I assume you mean the application against title CH509247 as tat was completed and the register updated on the 31st March. Confirmation is in the post
