Expedited application

Hi What should have been a very quick sale for our buyers is being severely impacted by the delays in the purchase of our property and a second expedited application to yourselves submitted by our sellers. Ref: P439YKV Customer ref DO/L10352-002 Until this complication of the deed title arose, our first time buyers who were expecting a move weeks ago are having to rent (!) & need some assurance that this application will be soon completed . Solicitors are saying it is out of their hands .PLEASE 🙏could you possibly help in providing a timescale for completing the above application so that we can reassure our buyers who we feel are at risk of dropping out of the sale of our house because of the delays to our purchase as referenced above. Your help with this would really be very much appreciated.
