Deed of variation application update

Hi, 

Can you please provide me with an update on the application and the timelines for application on title number WT441267?

We are buying this property and our conveyancers can't proceed until the Deed of variation is registered. We are on very tight timelines to complete this.

Hi Nitish - submitted on 19th March and expedited. Now waiting to be processed. As the variation affects a very busy second title, owned by the developer, the speed with which it can be processed is very likely to be delayed 
I would recommend speaking to your conveyancer to clarify

Also we are struggling spending 2 hours additional travel on school runs in the morning and the evenings and then travelling to office for last 2 months.
It has been very stressful about the travel and time spent and moving to this property early will help us do better.

Nitish - no definitive timeline other than the fact that expedition gets an application to the start line for processing much sooner than a non-expedited application 
How much sooner depends on what else is pending against the affected titles and as posted there are several prior applications, which therefore have priority re such processing over your own.
There's nothing to be done 2 days after submission/expedition as the casework team will need to review all of the prior applications to see if matters can be progressed. 
I do appreciate the issues such matters can cause to individual lives and I will flag with the casework team to see if they can offer something more tangible but expedition is not a magic wand sadly 
I would recommend speaking to your conveyancer to confirm that you can't proceed on the purchase in lieu of the pending application

Thanks Adam, hoping to hear from you if you have any update from the casework team.

We had checked with our conveyancers earlier and they will not to proceed until they receive updated title.
 

Latest from our conveyancers is they need updated title for the property we are purchasing, could you please check to see if that can be sped up even if updating the developers' title might take a while.

Nitish - I have already flagged it with the casework team and am awaiting an update from them. 
As explained there is no 'quick fix' available here and we will have to wait for them to review all the pending applications to see what can be done

Nitish - the application has bene completed and the register updated re WT441267 which is the title I believe you are directly concerned with
