Good afternoon,

I was just wondering if the status of the following applications could be checked please? I am in the process of purchasing shared ownership and am now just waiting for the title to be registered to the housing association before we can exchange contracts. I believe the title numbers are below based on paperwork I've been sent so far.

CYM783051
CYM726078

Thank you

Good Afternoon - both titles have multiple applications pending against them a number of which are expedited. What's the conveyancer advised and have they given you the provisional new title/case (our ABR) reference?
The one I think you may be referring to has been partially processed and we are waiting on the conveyancer to provide additional information. Perhaps they can confirm for you

Thank you for having a look. I haven't been given any details from conveyancers, just my conveyancers saying they're awaiting confirmation of ownership from the sellers before they can proceed any further.

If it's any help, the matter we need resolving is regarding the registration of the property to ADRA. Property number 7.

Thank you

S Griffiths - there's an issue matching the transferred extent and the Ordnance Survey detail that needs to be resolved internally. The casework team should have an update Monday morning for me hopefully and I'll post again then to update you

Good afternoon Adam,

I don't suppose you've heard any more regarding this?

Many thanks

Morning Adam,

I'm so sorry to pest but could you find out if there's an ETA for the matter to be resolved please?

Our landlords selling up so we have to be out of our house soon. Hoping to avoid having to live out of hotels or anything.

Sorry again to keep onto you, thank you

Morning S - I'll try and get a (better) update for you

Hi Adam,

I guess there's still no updates on this. Just wondering, is the issue something that's complicated or a relatively straight forward problem, and is there anything I can do which would help move it along such as keeping on to the conveyancers if it's something they need to do?

Thanks

Hi S - I haven't had an update but I should have so apologies as I should have been chasing someone for one. I'll try again.
The extra delay is due to the quality of the transfer plans and whether we can rely on them to register the transferred extent or not. That decision requires an extra referral to a senior technician to make a final decision.
I will share as soon as I have a response.

Thank you so much. Please, no apology needed. Appreciate you're probably so busy.

Many thanks S - but never so busy as to renege on a promise to update you

S Griffiths - indeed it's been done. I only found out after you had so thanks for being so understanding.
It's important for us at HMLR to recognise what a very real difference our work can make to people's lives so whilst patience is needed that understanding and awareness trumps it every time, fortunately.
I hope things move forward positively for you from here
