122 Birkbeck Road BR3 4SS Title number of the property is SGL780816 There is a pending application against this title, lodged by a third party's solicitor, which has been expedited. A notice was issued approximately 2 weeks ago. The party served with the notice has confirmed in writing that they do not object. That confirmation was emailed today as far as I understand. Could you please advise: 1. Whether that confirmation has been received and linked to the application 2. Whether the notice period can now be treated as concluded, given the only party served has confirmed no objection in writing 3. What, if anything, is still outstanding on the application I am the buyer of this property. My purchase cannot complete until this application is dealt with, and my mortgage offer expires at the end of next week. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Patrick - that confirmation has been received. The Notice period remains open. The request from conveyancer has been referred to a senior officer to see if what they have asked us to do is acceptable

Thank you so much for checking! Does „the notice period remains open“ mean that this can’t be completed until the notice period expires at end of next week?

Patrick - the Notices expire on the 6th so if we don't get responses by then the application is usually completed within 24/48 hrs of their expiry. It's a manual process If we get complete and consenting responses before the expiry date then matters can be completed sooner.

Got it, thank you. So the consent the current owner and seller sent yesterday wasn’t sufficient?

Patrick - the caseworker team have re-issued the Notices as requested by the conveyancer. Hopefully the recipients can respond quickly and as appropriate.

Thank you! I just got confirmation that the seller got the notice again and responded. So this should be in now. Can you confirm if noticed to multiple recipients have been sent out? If yes, it it possible to confirm whom they were sent to? We were under the assumption that it went to the seller only

Patrick - these Notices are prepared and issued for very specific reasons and I cannot divulge certain specifics as a result. Happy to confirm issued to different people so positive responses from both required. I would suggest you speak to the conveyancer(s) involved to confirm<br> I know that may read as me being harsh but you are not the applicant/owner and you must rely on your own legal rep and/or the selelr's conveyancer to manage your expectations as appropriate.

Thanks, that already helps. Understand that disclosure is not possible.
