Name change

My wife submitted a form in order to change her name on the deeds for our house. She received an e-mail confirming receipt and was given an estimated completion date of 26 January 2026, but hasn't heard anything since. Is anyone able to provide an update please? Title number is WK354520 and the reference for the application is H288KZT.
