AA73999 - papers resubmitted August 2024

Is it possible you can please update me on our Application for AA73999, the papers were re-submitted in August 2024 and on the Search for land and property information site it is showing 2 Registrations but i can only access the one shown which was for the sale of the Land to the Builder in 17 December 2020.

The original application was made in 21 April 2022 'Transfer of Part'.

The HM Land Registry Case Worker wrote to my Solicitor on the 11th July with a Requisition for the above Title document since then we have had a couple of extensions in order to reply, the last extension was until the 28th November.

I understand that the Solicitor has now replied to all points in the Requisition and hopefully these are in order? can you confirm how long it will take to respond to the reply so  i can keep a track on progress.

Dear Ronald Sayers - no response as yet from the conveyancer. Last contact was end of October when they asked for the extension
If they have replied by post then that will take a few days to arrive and be scanned before being referred b ack to the casework team to consider. How long it then takes all depends on the response

Thanks for your response on 24.11.25. It would appear Conveyancer wanted to double check all replies he received and then submit to you. The Conveyancer has replied in full to the requisitions and this was sent on Wednesday 26th November. They used the firm's portal link to HM Land Registry.

For sake of good order and as today is the last day of the extension can you confirm your case worker has received the reply and is it possible they can give us any indication when they might reply.

I appreciate any assistance you can give.

I'm responding as Adam is currently unavailable.

I can confirm that we received the reply and the caseworker has responded today. Unfortunately, the conveyancer's response on a couple of the points was insufficient, so they'll need to consider that and come back to us.

for the Title to be issued.

Ronald - Please refer to our Practice Guide 50 for our requisition procedures.

Re: Re-submitted papers for AA73999 August 2024.

Our Conveyancer has informed us that the Requisition was answered on Tuesday 2nd December is it possible you can please confirm this and has the case worker had time to review their answer's.
