We're currently looking to remortgage our property and our mortgage application is on hold as the conveyancer has been unable to obtain the official title for HE27661 due to a pending application on this title.

Neither ourselves nor the solicitor that dealt with the original purchase of this property have any idea about what this application is. Can we get it removed?

Robert - I'll check with the casework team to ask them to investigate

Many thanks Adam. We're just going round in circles with our solicitor and the lenders conveyancer- neither seem able or willing to help.

Robert - let's keep it in our court for now as hopefully some further investigation at our end will resolve matters.
If I don't post again between now and Sunday feel free to give me a nudge on Monday morning for an update

Morning Robert - casework colleagues have managed to resolve matters and clear the pending applications from your title
Looking at what happened here it seems that the original applications to register your own transfer and more against other titles were submitted incorrectly and we then compounded the error.
For your title the updates should have ended with the registration of your purchase and the later application should have been cancelled in so far as it affected the same title
A clear title should enable you to proceed now

Adam, that's fantastic. I will advise our conveyancer that we should now be good to go. Thank you for your support.
