New Build Registration

Hello, I bought a new build 12 September 2024 and still waiting for registration although my neighbours had their registration a year ago! My solicitor is telling the quality of the documents provided are not acceptable. I feel I am going round in circles! Thank you. 9 Eddystone Grove, Longstone Manor, Amble, NE65 0ZN (plot 16), original title number ND204819 but you did give me an updated one when I spoke with you earlier - its ND220493

Hello Debs - I'll check with the casework team for an update. I can see the conveyancer submitted another response and amended TP1 recently and just need some reassurance if that has solved the issues. Either I or a colleague will update you on this thread once we have an update to share - your provisional new title is ND220493
