Looking for an update on a expedite

we are currently in the process of purchasing a shared ownership property and it’s currently being delayed by 1 thing we are waiting to be changed at HMLR we was told early this week that it’s been expedited and given to a case officer at HMLR and was wondering if it’s possible to get an update on here as we are not getting anything back from sols

yes it’s 11 pheasant drive Heybridge CM9 4ET

i believe the titles are either 

AA10208

or 

AA26583

also it might be linked to 10 moorhen lane CM9 4GF as that’s one of properties affected by the same issue but think it’s all under same title
