Hello Noemi - received 7th May. It's likely to wait several weeks before being processed but when it is the casework team will contact you as appropriate
MAN258045

I have submitted an application to sever a joint tenancy but omitted to complete section 6. Will this just be discarded so that I can submit a completely new application?

Kinda - if there is no information to help us identify who submitted the application then it may well be discarded or a note kept on file to wait for your further contact.
What's the title number involved please?

Linda - received in early April so I'd suggest using our contact form to submit the specific details re panel 6 or a fresh form SEV which can then be added to your current application - Public guidance: dealing with land and property - GOV.UK
BM236033

I have submitted the additional info on a contact form. How can I be sure this will be taken into account and that the application won’t just be discarded? How can I check progress please? I’m reluctant to submit a whole new SEV as I don’t want to confuse/complicate things further Many thanks.

Linda - as the original application has bene accepted and is waiting to be processed if any issues arise the casework team will contact you once processing starts to resolve
There is likely to be a lengthy wait before processing starts but the application is protected so please bear with us and wait for the team to contact you
A whole new form SEV would not complicate things but it is entirely up to you
BM236033
