Second Charge on Title - Expedited Request

Hello - I am in the process of refinancing my property but the second charge recently taken for the lease extension was not on the title so we can not clear it with the new finance. I am desperate to get this completed ASAP so we can complete on the remortgage. Can you please check the status Title TGL26549 Thank you! 

Hello Rachel - we requested more information from the conveyancer on the 3rd Dec and await their response. You'll need to confirm that with them and clarify when they hope to provide the request information

Also - apologies, one more query on the title. It was two items, one was the second charge for finance to be registered and one was for lease extension. Are they intertwined or can the second charge be processed separately.
