Transfer Ownership

I purchased a property in September 2024. I have a question regarding transferring ownership. Why has the ownership not been transferred yet? I doubt my solicitor didn't submit my application to the land registry. How can I check whether my documents have been submitted to the land registry? If so, when will it be transferred to my name?

Hemn - the can be a lengthy wait before an application is processed. I'd suggest asking your solicitor to confirm the title number, (our) case reference and the date submitted. They can also track progress for you and give you an estimated completion date
If they have submitted it then the application and your ownership are protected from that date
