I am currently in the process of buying a property and I am told an application to upgrade the title NT400153 from possessionary to absolute was made on 10th July and expedited. Unfortunately my solicitor is now away until 11 August and the title upgrade is the only outstanding item. I am concerned I have not heard that the upgrade has been actioned despite expedition. Could HMLR confirm if an application was received and whether or not it was expedited? Thanks
