Hi Support Team, I hope you are well. I am writing to request an update on the progress of the registration for my property (7 Huick Road; Title Number: BK499678). My solicitor confirmed that an application for expedition was approved in January, and they responded to a subsequent requisition in February. I am in the process of a part exchange purchase. My buyer is eager to move forward and is requesting a target completion date. Could you please provide an anticipated timeline so I can manage their expectations appropriately. Given the urgency of the related transaction, I would appreciate it if you could let me know the current progress of the registration and whether there are any outstanding issues or further information required from our side to help move the process forward. Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, Ramprasad

Hi Ramprasad - I'll check with the casework team for an update. I can see why there is a continuing delay as there are other prior applications affecting the same development and they need to be considered and perhaps processed ahead of your own. But let's see what the team advises BK536403 (your provisional new title)

Hi Ramprasad - the casework team advise that they are still waiting for more from the conveyancer. You'll need to speak to your conveyancer to confirm details and when they expect to respond with the missing compliance certificate(s) BK536403

Good afternoon Adam, I hope you are well. I am writing to kindly enquire about the current status of the case. My solicitor confirmed a few weeks ago that they have responded to all outstanding requests, and I would be most grateful if you could confirm whether everything has been received and is in order. If there are any remaining documents or requirements pending, I would sincerely appreciate it if you could let me know, along with the relevant party or individual responsible, so that I may follow this up promptly. This matter is currently causing a delay to my part exchange purchase, so your assistance and any update you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time and support. Kind regards, Ram

Good Afternoon again Ramprasad - the conveyancer supplied a response to one of the points raised in our request but have yet to provide the evidence of compliance with the two restrictions on the seller's title. I'd suggest going back to your conveyancer to revisit our request dated 27th January and their response of 24th Feb and which dealt with just one of the points raised. Looks like they've replied to our request of 20th Jan but not the second one dated 27th Jan. BK536403

Hi Adam, Thank you for your previous response! Hope you’re having a good week so far. We’ve heard back from the solicitor, who confirmed that the necessary evidence of compliance regarding the two title restrictions was provided on March 27th. They believe all previous concerns have now been addressed. Could you please let us know if there are any other outstanding requirements or documents needed to move toward completion? Wishing you a wonderful Easter weekend. Best regards, Ram

Hi Ramprasad - they have responded on 27th March as you state. The request was a preliminary one only and the case now needs to be reviewed/fully considered in light of their replies. That will happen as soon as possible due to it's expedition. BK536403
