I received an e mail 29/04/25 to confirm receipt of my application for the above title (reference C822BWT). It had an expected completion date of September 25 but I have had no communication of any kind since this e mail. Could you update me please. Thanks

Ian - the application is still with us and waiting to be processed. Timescales do vary re the wait times between receipt and actual processing. The one provided at the time was an estimate based on average wait times in April.
