Hello
I recently applied for an assent of a registered title following the death of my mother, so that the property I inherited can be registered in my name.
The fee for this was taken from my account on 16/01/2024 but I have received no confirmation from LR that my application has been actioned. Will I receive some sort of confirmation in the post that my name now appears on the deeds to the house?

Hello K P - when the application is processed we will contact the applicant as appropriate. The fee being taken confirms receipt and now just a question of bearing with us until we contact you when processing starts. That may not be for a number of weeks as we have a backlog of work at present.
