Application stauts

Hi, we have purchased a property in December 2022 and the title has not yet been updated. Similar properties in the area that changed ownership much more recently appear to have already had their titles updated. Would you be able please to check and let me know if there is anything holding up this application in particular?

Hi Cristiana - we received an application against that property in Dec 2022 but it's still waiting to be processed. We have a backlog of this type of work but I'll speak to colleagues to see if it can be hastened
The wait time is not linked not other properties/applications so timescales can and do vary markedly
