Adverse possession application

Hi we are buyers of a house where a claim for adverse possession has been made. It’s been expedited and the OS surveyor has been out. Could you advise on a timescale from this point as our buyers are getting impatient.

Hi Ciaran - that application was completed on the 18th and the conveyancer notified

Ciaran - I assume you mean by 'gone' relates to the title given. If so then possessory title has been granted

Hi Adam, the sellers solicitor is saying they have nothing updated on their portal about the application. Can I give you the house name to ensure the information is all correct?

Ciaran - the title quoted was for Land at Chipmans House and I suspect the confirmation has been issued by post to the solicitor. However the registered information is available online for the newly registered parcel of land as and when required

That is correct. Has It been uploaded do you know?
