Hello, In the process of selling my house and was required to submit a deed of rectification to amend a simple boundary line on my existing title plan. The boundary in question is adjoining my elderly neighbour. There is no dispute with the boundary, both me and my neighbour know where the boundary is and has always been for as long as she can remember (shes lived in the house her entire life and she is 92) so the deed is required simply to confirm the existing boundary and amend my title plan. My buyers have been told they cannot progress with their purchase of my property until the title is amended. Both mine and my buyers mortgage offers expire in 4 weeks time. The stress is becoming unbearable.
