Status Update

I am in the process of purchasing a property but the sale is currently being held up due to pending applications for two titles (GM268146 / MAN402970). I have noticed that the OS map on your website shows the updated boundaries now and just wanted to check that it had been expedited and whether you would be able to provide me with a information of when it is likely to be dealt with? Thanks

Jacob - GM268146 was closed as a title several years ago. MAN402970 hasn't had an application against it for a few years. So there's nothing pending or recently completed against either.

Hi Jacob - many thanks for checking. We do have an application against that title and I'll see if I can get an update from the casework team<br> MAN466604 (provisional new title)

Jacob - the case has been expedited and processing has begun. It has been referred to our lawyers to consider a specific point and the casework team should move matters forward shortly. I'll post again once I know more MAN466604

Hi Adam, is it the case that the updated boundary map has been sent to the land registry and you are awaiting confirmation from the buyer of the land?

Hi Jacob - the application is to amend the registered extents and before we can do that we have to check with the registered owners to confirm that they agree/consent. As you are buying I would suggest speaking to your conveyancer to clarify what's happening in their terms MAN466604
