Exceeded application.

Can you could give us any insight into the processing of an ownership title transfer (HMLR reference V937TVS)
We were told by our solicitor that this is now exceeded and was started 24/1/2023. 

Kevin - received (not started) 24th Jan 2023 and still waiting to be processed. Unfortunately the manner of lodgement has caused it to be routed as a complex application and we have a very lengthy backlog of that type of work.
It looks like it's a 'simple' transfer so will flag with colleagues to see if it can be progressed sooner

This was one of serval other properties that was part of a probate that all transferred a while ago.
Could you explain what manner of lodgement means?

Kevin - conveyancers use a secure portal to submit their applications. When doing so they indicate what the type of application and forms are
