Hello,

I have today spoken with the Land Registry who have expedited an application to cancel a pending application for an ICO. The debt got satisfied and the application to cancel was submitted on the 28th August. My worry is i am not aware of the evidence that has been submitted and cannot risk a requisition being issued which would prolong it further.

I am in a situation where I need to complete on my new property by Friday 19th December, the email following expediting are stating up to 10 days for a response, is there a way of knowing whether it is likely this will get seen to faster or is there anything else that can be done?

Thank you

For my info and background for where my interest lies in this, the property title is LAN209377 and the HMLR Ref is F500MYT.

The ICO was in my ex-partners name and our transactions are consisting of him buying me out of the current property as per the title above and then in turn me going ahead with my new property. Apologies, i am in major panic mode!!

Hello Lauren - my reading of the application is that they want their RX1 cancelled rather than expedited
They asked for the application to be withdrawn (cancelled) back in August but used the wrong channel to submit their request. As such it's not been seen until now
I'll arrange for the application to be cancelled, not expedited, and that will be done either this evening of first thing tomorrow

Hi Adam, thank you so much for this. So can i just confirm that the RX1 is cancelled and it will no longer show up when doing a search for when it comes to completing on the transaction we need to?

Hi Lauren - it's been cancelled so the title is now a 'clear' one for official search purposes
