Expedited application for lease extension

Hello,
I'm currently in the process of purchasing a property, however exchange of contracts is being delayed as the property's lease extension is still pending.
My solicitor has advised that the seller's solicitor is going through a third party to expedite this - are you able to check the status of this application?
The title deeds concerned are SGL730018 and SGL680414.
