Buyers waiting to move into property this morning

We have buyers waiting to move into our property this morning and we have notification from Land Registry to show our HR1 application would be cancelled on the 6th of February. The application has not been cancelled and despite a HR4 form being received on the 23rd of November our HR1 application is still showing as pending.

Is there anything we can do to check this application has been cancelled as per the letter ?

Howell - you've submitted two applications it seems. The first is a form HR1 and the second was a form HR4. The 6th Feb was an warning of cancellation date but cancellation would only happen after that date 
I'll speak to the casework team and ask them to review the applications asap
