Removal of “ No disposition by a sole proprietor” restriction - DT407063

Good afternoon,

In respect of this property, solicitors H G Walker of Broadstone put in an application in 2022 to remove the restriction on “no deposition by a sole proprietor” as the property is now solely and exclusively in one name.

We’ve not had an update, and conscious that well over 24 months gave elapsed. Please could you provide a present position on this application?

Good Morning - the original application was submitted in Jan 2023 but cancelled in early July 2024. The conveyancer resubmitted it in July but it has yet to be processed.
Unfortunately we have a backlog of this type of work and wait times are very long. The wait time resets on any resubmission also so it maybe several weeks still before it is processed.
