Good afternoon,

We have been informed by the seller solicitors that an application was sent to HMLR on 13th December and has been followed up with a request that this be expedited. It relates to a piece of land of less than one square metre which was bought by the sellers from the Church in 2000 to form the base of the chimney at the property.

The buyers are getting a little twitchy due to timescales and I just wondered if there was anything you could do right now to speed up the process?

Anticipating your early and favourable reply.

Good Afternoon - there is an application for first registration received on the 8th January from Dicksons. They've then requested expedition on the 17th January so providing that's approved then the wait time should hopefully be quite short before processing starts. Expedition generally means processing starts within 10 days of it being approved
Everything then depends on it being in order of course to allow the registration to be completed.

Many thanks for the update.

Could you give me an idea of timescales for registration providing all in order please.

Thanks in advance.

Debi - as stated, generally speaking it will be processed within 10 days. And if all in order completed. We won't know if it's all in order until it's processed so can't be any more definitive re timescales. Buy hopefully the solicitor can reassure you as to whether it's all in order or not.
