Online land search (Title number : HP875019)

Dear Officer,

My buyer’s solicitor have done a online land search to get the title deed document ( title number : HP875019) for my buyer on 2 Nov 2023, however she cannot find the document.

My record said the title register is completed on 31 Aug 2023 and I have a title deed copy on hand.

Can you help me check if the title deed document have uploaded online already? How the solicitor can obtain the document if online search is not available yet ? 

Please advise.
