Caroline - I will ask the support team to escalate the request as appropriate. There is no expedite process for amendments but it can be escalated ND206869

Adam - thank you for asking the support team to escalate the amendment. Can you please confirm that an application to change title ND189886 has now been received and its being expedited. Our Buyers solicitor won't permit exchange of contracts until both title changes have been registered and the both reference the deed of covenant. To confirm SB have consent form us Alan & Caroline Maile and McDermott/Brown). Thank you

Caroline - an application has been submitted today against ND189886 and if they have now requested expedition it will be fast-tracked. The request to amend ND206869 has been responded to and the conveyancer advised of the need to formally apply as appropriate. I assume they will also now make an application and request expedition.

Adam - my conveyancer is advising this this was submitted yesterday against ND206869-perhaps he has misunderstood what was needed. Can you check again please?

Caroline - still no application submitted against ND206869. I can see that the conveyancedr has contacted us again to dispute the response issued re his request for the amendment. The support team will deal with that again but I'm unsure as to why he has not submitted an application as previously explained. The original application wasn't to register the actual deed and if we are to register it we will need an application. Hopefully your conveyancer can explain their thinking and approach to dealing with the matter and registration of the deed
