Status update - Transaction being held up

Hi

We are purchasing a property where a small parcel of land was not transferred from the previous sale of the title. This is now being done by the original landowner (not the vendor selling the property). 

Is there anyway you can give an update on progress and an estimate on how long it will take to resolve. Ours and our buyer's mortgage offers expire towards the end of April.

Hi Michael - there's no application against that title so either they've yet to submit one or it's a different title number. Can you check and confirm please? The owner of the one quoted is a Roger

We have just had an update from our vendors solicitor that the application was only submitted today. 
Is there any way for me to track the progress, and what are the chances of resolving before end April?

Michael - they need to request expedition next then to keep the initial wait time as short as possible, generally less than 10 days
Everything then relies on their application being in order. 
I'll ask colleagues to make it an expedite

Michael - it's been expedited as a result of my flagging it. I'd suggest making a note to post again in at least a week's time to see what progress has been made. May be too soon but no harm in posting.

it was my understanding that the small parcel of land was being transferred to a new title.

Can you confirm that this is the case? If so are you able to give me the new title number?
