Update re TP1 - Expedited

Hi

We are waiting on a title plan being updated so we can complete on the sale of our property.

Our solicitors responded to a requisition last Thursday and I was told the caseworker would pick this up and update title plan if nothing else was required. Our solicitors requested an expedite and this has been accepted by Land Registry. 

Buyers are wanting to complete on the sale asap so could I please have an update on this - has caseworker picked up the reply yet and is anything else required? If not what is the timeframe for this title plan to be completed so we can complete on our sale please?

Hi Vicky - the conveyancer has replied to the request for more information and that needs to be considered by the casework team. I'll check with them for an update and share on here either later today/tomorrow once I have a response worth sharing

Thank you for your reply and for checking for an update for me. We are all needing to complete on the sale asap so I am trying to keep on top of this and chase solicitors if anything else is needed so any update would be much appreciated.
