Hi there! I purchased my first house in January 2025. There were some complications as it’s pretty old and made up of several tiny title deeds. Additionally bits of the garden were registered incorrectly, so it took a long time, but you guys were super helpful and it finally went through. My conveyancer submitted the application to register the transfer of ownership on January 23, 2025. The title deeds are the following: BM199397 BM368507 BM472202 BM474202 BM306709 According to the land registry site, I was expecting to hear something back by now as it has been almost 17 months. I don’t want to just ignore it and then have problems down the line. Please could I have an update? Thank you so much! Hannah
