OVERDUE EXPEDITE: Title WA343056 - Sale at Risk

Hi, I submitted an AP1 to remove a charge (Deed of Settlement) which was received on 2nd July under reference D924HLV. My expedite request was formally approved on 5th July, but we are now past the 10-working-day mark. This is an incredibly urgent and sensitive matter. Could you please look into the status of this case and see if there is an update or if the caseworker needs any further information from me?

Hi G C - expedition gets the application underway re processing generally within the 10 days mentioned. It was expedited on the 5th and processing started on the 13th. The application is currently with our lawyers to consider next steps and/or whether more is required. The casework team will contact the applicant as appropriate once that review has concluded
