HR4 Form

Hello,

I submitted an HR4 form, along with the decree absolute, to request the cancellation of a Home Rights Notice.
You confirmed receipt on 3 December, under enquiry reference 251128-5501112, for title number NGL428226.

Please could you provide an update on the progress of this cancellation? We are currently unable to proceed with the sale of the property until the Home Rights Notice is removed, so any information on expected timeframes would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Kashif - The application was completed on the afternoon of 9 December.  Confirmation was issued by Royal Mail 1st Class post.
