Hi, i am trying to fill in a fr1 for adverse possession of my garden i have used for 32 yrs.  I have some queries on the following quesions if anyone can help please.  The land is unregistered

Re question 4 do I select possessory leasehold or freehold, I am assuming it would be possessory and not absolute

 

Re question 5, I presume the fee is £40

 

Re question 13, I assume I just tick the box as I am the applicant

 

Re Question 14, do I tick this   I am not a conveyancer, and I have completed panel 16

 

Re question 15,  nothing to complete I assume

 

Re question 16, complete part 2 and provide ID – I am sorry I followed the link but got confused as took be to lots of other forms and cross references, in simple terms how do we provide ID please

 

Question 17, we just sign as applicants I Presume.

Q4 - freehold possessory
Q5 - correct but please note if a site visit/survey is needed we will ask for a further fee (£90) 
Q13 - yes
Q14 - yes

Q15 - correct
Q16 - no as it's a claim as to ownership identity verification is not required 
Q17 - yes

Hi all.  I am in a similar position.  I am applying for adverse possession of unregistered  land I have used for almost 30 years.  I have recently purchased land alongside the land I wish to claim adverse possession of. The title on the land I have purchased is ‘Title Absolute’.  Which is what I would like for this small additional piece if land.  My question is:-

Can I tick two boxes in question 4  ?  OR  I should I simply tick the  ’Absolute freehold’  box ?

I am filling in the FR1 form for my Mother in Law who we have found out that the house she bought with her husband in 1969 hasn't been registered and am needing help with filling out the form for her.  We are not using a solicitor or a conveyancer to fill the form in so need some help in filling out some of the questions.  We are in the process of retrieving the deeds to the house which we think we need to change into my Mother in Law's name as her husband died in 2019.

I am unclear on how I fill out the following questions if that is ok:

Question 5 - how do I work out the cost
Questions 8, 9, 10, - is this relevant to my mother in law
Questions 13, 14, 15, 16 - these all mention conveyancer - do these require filling in
