Charity organisation query

Hi. We are acting for a Charity organisation which currently owns 11 title deeds, the proprietors of which are mixed between trustees and the name of the charity itself. The eventual intention is to transfer the current ownership to the Charity as sole proprietor. We have reviewed the appropriate practice guide and would appreciate some additional guidance on the correct or recommended attestation clause and the required provisions within the transfer deed.
