Requisitions

I am selling my property and we are waiting on the land registry to update my transfer of equity which was submitted in September. My solicitor expedited this and it has come back with a requisition which they are responding to. How long does it take for the land registry to then look at this? 

We are hoping to exchange asap and this is the only thing holding us up 

Property relating to is 25 Eight Acres, Tring, HP23 5DB

Do you know how long this will take to be looked at? We are pressing for a exchange and completion next week so just waiting on this returning. I know it was previously expedited so hoping it will still be?

Todd - they have replied today so that will be referred to the casework team for review. It remains expedited so that review will happen asap but I can't be definitive re timescales at this stage

Hi Todd - unfortunately their reply was insufficient and the casework team have gone back to them to explain why. I would imagine they should be able to resolve it quickly

Hi Todd - they have but the issue re the identity verification paperwork remains open. Suggest you go back to them and explain that point 3 of our request remains unanswered/dealt with

Hi Adam,

I spoke to my solicitor and they said 3 points were raised one being related to ID. They said another point was raised at 3PM yesterday but not relating to ID verification. They have gone back to ask for a review as they are unsure what is missing now.
