Hi Martin - once an application is submitted it is protected from that date onwards and takes priority over anything submitted afterwards. Hence the 'registration gap' (the time between submission and our actually processing an application does not have a marked impact)<br> A request to expedite doesn't alter that scenario and simply reduces the remaining wait time so making the registration gap shorter but still no marked impact re priority/protection of the interest applied for
