I have completed an on line application for an appointment with an Ordnance Survey Surveyor visit to the property. I am putting the property on the market from the 23rd of March 2026. Hi Amrick - once the survey has been done, and the surveyor has provided their report, the case is reviewed again by the casework team to confirm everything matches with the claim made. Next step is usually to then contact adjoining landowners to confirm they consent and don't object to the claim made. Nothing to stop you putting the property on the market but it's likely to be several weeks still before the registration completes. MM218111

Do you have any more updates for me regarding my application for First Registration for my late mum's property at 221 Walsall Road, Wednesbury, WS10 9SQ? The Ordnance Survey surveyor completed her survey on Friday the 27th of March. The property has now been on the market since the 1st of April.
