Hi - the affected land owner should be submitting a consent to the application. Can you see if this has been received and, if so, would this shorten the notice period? Many thanks

Hi Xavier - nothing showing up as yet. If the recipients of the Notices respond in full/correctly then the notice period can come to an end sooner, yes.
