How long does it take to recreate the deeds and register a property?

My elderly mother's house was not registered for some reason when it was built in the late 1950's.  Unfortunately the Bank has lost the House deeds when they digitised their secured documents.

The solicitors sent all the information (ST3 etc) to you in early August last year.

When should we hear back?

Morning Gary - reads as if she bought well before compulsory registration was applied in her area as it's not the age of a building that counts but the date of purchase.
First registrations are waiting on average around 14+ months before being processed so you should expect to wait until at least early 2025 before processing starts.
If an urgency arises such as a confirmed sale then you can request expedition to reduce that remaining wait time
