Status of withdrawn application for Adverse Possession

Ref: Adverse Possession Application CYM857484

A request to formally withdraw the above application was made by our conveyancer on 24 November but they are yet to hear back that this has been actioned. Would it be possible to check the status of the application on the Land Registry systems to confirm that it is now in a withdrawn status?

Mike - we have received the withdrawal request and it should be cancelled today/tomorrow. As it had been partially processed and others involved there is a 'reverse' process to undertake as well but as I say that should happen shortly

Apologies if things have moved on here but we have still not had confirmation that the withdrawal request has been processed. Would appreciate if you could advise of the current status.

The application has been cancelled this morning and confirmations issued by email to both firms
