Change of name by a deed poll - additional documents

Hello, I submitted the application to change my last name on title deeds by a deed poll. Today I received an email asking for additional documentation:
1. Evidence of my former name
2. Colour copy of the screenshot taken during an ID1/ID5 video call.

My questions are:
1) Can I respond by email or do I have to post the documents?
2) I believe the ID5 form lodged with the initial application included the colour screenshot. I can only provide the same but in the electronic format - would that suffice? The original ID1/ID5 document wasn't returned so I am not sure how can I resubmit the info.

Bak Mam - you can respond as directed in the request itself. The email option can be used. The casework team will then review your response and advise if acceptable or not
