[Title numbers]&#160;AGL174735 and NGL221008<br> [LR reference]&#160;Q563GQT<br> <br> Hello, I submitted the application to change my last name on title deeds by a deed poll. Today I received an email asking for additional documentation:<br> 1. Evidence of my former name<br> 2. Colour copy of the screenshot taken during an ID1/ID5 video call.<br> <br> My questions are:<br> 1) Can I respond by email or do I have to post the documents?<br> 2) I believe the ID5 form lodged with the initial application included the colour screenshot. I can only provide the same but in the electronic format - would that suffice? The original ID1/ID5 document wasn't returned so I am not sure how can I resubmit the info.&#160;<br> <br> Appreciate your help.<br> &#160;

Bak Mam - you can respond as directed in the request itself. The email option can be used. The casework team will then review your response and advise if acceptable or not<br> Q563GQT
